What is a Digital Pass?
A digital pass is an electronic version of a physical ticket or membership card that can be stored in your smartphone's digital wallet (like Apple Wallet or Google Wallet). We use digital passes at Christian Arts to simplify attendance tracking at rehearsals.

How to Download Your Digital Pass
For iPhone Users
  1. Open the email containing your PassKit pass link. This will be sent to you after you've completed your onboarding.
  1. Tap on the link to open it
  1. Your phone should automatically recognize it as a pass
  1. Tap "Add to Apple Wallet"
  1. The pass will now be stored in your Apple Wallet app
You can access it anytime by opening the Wallet app on your iPhone
For Android Users
  1. Open the email containing your PassKit pass link. This will be sent to you after you've completed your onboarding.
  1. Tap on the link to open it
  1. Select "Add to Google Wallet" or "Save to Phone"
  1. If prompted, download Google Wallet from the Play Store
  1. Once added, access your pass through the Google Wallet app
Using Your Digital Pass at Rehearsals
Arrive at Rehearsal
Check in at the designated attendance area
Open Your Wallet App
Launch Apple Wallet or Google Wallet on your smartphone
Select Your Pass
Find and tap on your Christian Arts pass
Show to Coordinator
Present your pass to our attendance coordinator who will scan or view it to mark your attendance
The entire process takes just seconds and helps us maintain accurate attendance records for all participants.
Paper Pass Alternative
If you prefer not to use a digital pass or don't have a compatible smartphone, you can print a paper version instead:
  1. Open the email containing your pass information
  1. Click on the "Print Version" option or print the attached PDF
  1. Bring this printed pass to every rehearsal
  1. Keep it in good condition, as damaged passes may be difficult to scan

Important: If you choose to use a paper pass, you must remember to bring it to every rehearsal. Lost or forgotten passes may result in attendance recording delays.

Personal Information
Your digital pass contains only the minimum information needed for identification: your name and a unique pass ID. No sensitive personal data is stored on the pass.
Data Storage
Pass data is stored securely within your device's wallet app. Christian Arts does not have access to your phone or other personal information.
Attendance Records
When your pass is scanned, we only record your attendance status. This information is kept confidential and used solely for program management purposes.
