Getting Help: Raising a Ticket
When you need assistance and there's no specific form available in the Members Hub, our ticket system provides a streamlined way to request help.
The ticket system ensures your request reaches the right department or individual who can address your specific need, while allowing you to track the status of your request throughout the resolution process.

Select "New Ticket" and choose a category

Program & Group Information
Heartbeat organizes information by specific programs and groups, making it easy to find exactly what's relevant to your role and responsibilities.
Group Channels

To access your group's information, simply navigate to your group channel from the main Heartbeat dashboard. You'll automatically have access to the groups relevant to your role.
